Welcome to The Arabella where a warm welcome awaits you. We are a family-run licenced establishment situated right in the centre of Blackpool. Whether you’re here for a full week, or just a short break, we offer a relaxing and enjoyable stay for the whole family.

Capturing all that’s best in Quality Guest House accommodation, The Arabella is a great place to stay when you’re visiting Blackpool, and unlike many other hotels we’re open all year round. Proprietors Diane and Graham  are dedicated to making your stay memorable and enjoyable, and you’ll always find our rooms comfortable and clean and serviced daily. Our accommodation is fully inspected and accredited yearly by Visit Britain.

MEALS  Our Kitchen has been top rated 5 for food hygiene by the Food Standards Agency, and cater for Bed & Breakfast with a choice of cerals, fruit juice and an assortment of many extras, followed by a full English Breakfast of your choice, or you can have Bed Breakfast and a 4 coarse Evening Meal, taken from our menus, all diets are catered for. IF YOU REQUIRE AN EARLY BREAKFAST PLEASE LET US KNOW BEFOREHAND.

THE ARABELLA IS NON SMOKING IN ALL ROOMS

PARKING you must report to reception before parking your car as you will be advised where to park, we have limited spaces for 9 cars, and this has to be on a first come first served basis, which is free to residents only, car keys must be handed in at reception this is a condition of parking in case of any emergencies, but can ask for them back at any time to retrieve anything from the car if needed.

DISABLED ACCESS

On entering The Arabella there are 9 steps outside leading up to the main door, they have  steel hand rails either side, there is also seating at the top of the steps.  Inside the main enterance hall there is a chair lift to the first floor only, if walking up the stairs there are 13 steps on each section of the 3 floors and an extra 2 or 4 steps on each of the landings before entering the rooms. A hand rail goes all the way to the third floor.

DISABLED PARKING you may park on the opposite side of the road, if not you can park in the side streets, there are no parking restrictions as long as your BLUE BADGE is displayed at all times, so you can come and go as you please. Keys must still be handed in at reception until all payments have been made in full, then keys will be handed back.

The bar and dining room are on the ground floor on the same level with no steps, and leading off the hallway from the main enterance.
